COVID-19 Information

Although the final safety planning to address COVID-19 concerns will be based on federal, state and local health authority guidelines at the time of the sale; these are our current plans for maintaining safety on the lot:

  • We have moved our lot to St. Stephens, as this will allow us to better control traffic by using private rather than public space.

  • We will limit the number of families shopping on the lot at one time to minimize the population present at any one time.

  • We will likely have shopping times be made by appointment to minimize any waiting time; there may also be “walk in” availability at our slower selling times.

  • We plan to minimize direct contact between the lot staff and customers.

  • We will have smaller crews of volunteers working at one time.

  • We will have “no contact” payment systems.

  • Masks and gloves will be worn by volunteer staff.

  • Masks will be mandatory for customers; based on current federal, state and local health authority guidelines at that time.

  • Social distancing will be practiced on the sales lot.
